We are a busy, upscale private dental practice located in the South Bay/Palos Verdes area and are searching for front office help to join our incredible team. You would be part of a four-member front office team. We are an established practice, with patients who have been with us for years. We continue to grow as result of the incredible patient care provided by our doctors and staff. If you have excellent people, organizational, and teamwork skills and are looking for a long-term position with room to grow, contact us. Familiarity with Dentrix dental software is a plus. Responsibilities include scheduling, financial arrangements, treatment coordination and insurance. Previous back office assisting skills is also a plus. Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Building and growing long-term relationships with our patients
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing
