• Day to day Duties
• Key Holder- Opening/closing a store
• Data entry
• Creating Pet Parent Charts
• Greeting EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dogtopia!
• Clean and Safe Environment to ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete
• Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
• Inventory management of cleaning, dog and First Aid supplies.
• Monitor and document dog's behaviors
• Must be have strong stomach to handle hair, slobber and cleaning up all messes
• Have Fun on Camera!
• Maintain control of large groups of dog
• All rooms are equipped with cameras for pet parents to stay engaged
• Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
• Engage, Play and Enjoy the furry friends!
• Customer Service and Presentation
• Maintains a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times.
• Sets the example for the team on the 3 S's (smile, story and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
• Answer phones, e-mails and questions from pet parents
• Strive for high customer review ratings!

As the Front Desk Coordinator/ Play Room Attendant you are responsible for leading the playroom for our furry friends by creating a safe and fun environment – and also setting the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.

After 3 month receive a $250 retention bonus, and after 6 months receive a $500 bonus!

We will train the right person! Must be 18 years or older.

Must be able to work holidays and at least one weekend. We are staffed 365 days a year. Holiday availability is required.

We are located in Highlands Ranch, CO so having a reliable car and being comfortable driving in inclement weather is a must to ensure we can rely on you to care for our pet parents.

Offering part time and full time hours and MUST be a reliable team member! Reviews are done 2-4 times a year, and at that time all staff are eligible for a raise based on performance.
