We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Front Office Manager. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education or equivalent experience.
Experience:
One year previous luxury hotel experience, preferably in the front office/reservations/concierge departments
Skills & Abilities:
The ability to read and speak English. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.

Hours Required
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
