We manage multiple locations and operate year-round.

We’ve grown a lot over the years but what hasn’t changed is the spirit of our brand, and the principle that the powerful connection and expert bodywork and skincare we have and provide our customers is what defines our success.

Mountainside Spa is looking for an outgoing multi-tasker, connector, problem solver, and retail sales rock star that can help organize the day-to-day calls, return emails and engage in client interactions.

Job Type: Part-time available (Weekends required- Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities include:

Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a phone, copier, printer, Booking Software Calendars, Communication platforms, etc.

Excellent administrative skills and high standards of computer literacy.

High standards of customer service in handling phones and appointment bookings, facilitating appointments run on time, retail product sales, accepting and processing payments/payment accountability, upkeep/cleanliness of work environment, opening/closing facility,

✓ Precision: ability to pay close attention to detail, write clearly and legibly, acceptable standards appropriate to the position in English, and have an appropriate and acceptable level of routine paperwork.

✓ Dependability: to have excellent timekeeping and attendance, and ability to understand the importance of information and activities that are confidential to the Company.

✓Multitasking: ability to calmly and efficiently handle a variety of tasks at the same time, ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience working within a professional spa environment is highly desirable, however we will train the right amazing person that is committed to helping our team grow.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
