Front Desk Receptionist Job at Oral Surgery Practice
Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist needed in a fast paced multi-location oral surgery practice - Job duties include: Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, authorizations, data entry, fee quotes, collecting payments, daily deposit and balancing. Ideal candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday and be dependable. Also have the ability to work in a professional, fast paced environment; manage high call volume; pay attention to detail; be a team player; have a pleasant and friendly personality and be a fast learner. Candidate may be trained at any location (Warren, Grosse Pointe, Rochester Hills, Macomb, Romeo, New Baltimore) This position requires travelling between locations as scheduled. Previous experience working in a medical or dental office environment preferred.
