Front Desk Receptionist Job at Psychiatric Office
The right candidate must have wonderful customer service skills, patience, and a fun, outgoing yet professional personality. We are seeking someone who will work well independently and with the utmost integrity and responsibility in this fast pace office. Dependability and reliability are a must.
- Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself
- Greet patients upon arrival, check them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
- Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
- Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on providers availability
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Complete medical records
- Maintain a clean environment
Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right applicant. We provide the opportunity for growth and learning valuable skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
Compensation Depends on Experience, Full-time position open immediately.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
