Front Desk Team Member Job at Northwoods Therapy Associates
Northwoods Therapy Associates, a privately owned out patient physical therapy clinic, is looking for a detail oriented, organized and exceptional communicator as a team member for our front desk in our Chippewa Falls office.
This position combines personal interaction with patients, phone, fax and computer work completing our patient centered service in a busy office.
This position is more than just desk work, you will be greeting patients, assisting with their paperwork and interacting with other team members with consistent and timely communication, walking to and from office spaces, very frequent sit to stand tasks and enjoying a work day that moves quickly. You will be working along side 4 physical therapists and 3 office staff members. You will also interact directly with our office in Altoona.
We are searching for a friendly and engaging personality, the right set of computer and costumer service skills and a desire to learn new programs, patient centered care with a balance of camaraderie and hard work.
We are seeking a long time hire with room to grow with us. We are like a family and will take the time to find the ideal candidate.
Hire date determined after interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
