McSteen is hiring a Front-End Developer! We are looking for a dev to work on our custom, in-house land surveying software. This position would be based out of our Wickliffe, Ohio office working on a hybrid schedule.

We are currently working to improve and revolutionize our custom software to keep up with our ever-changing needs and our growing business. With over 10 years of perfecting our current system, we are ready to take it to the next level and want you to be a part of it. This position would afford you the opportunity to work directly with our lead programmer and build your real-world skillset and portfolio. Working with our small development team also means that you will be able to have a real impact on the projects you work on.

Our software is truly the first of its kind. We expect it to be groundbreaking in our industry. We're looking for the right front end team to make it a reality. To take this project from being highly functional to highly functional AND extremely user friendly. We're on the forefront of coding technology and welcome new ideas and approaches. Requirements:

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college, or bootcamp with 2 years of work experience

• Some work experience in software development is preferred

• Proficient in languages Typescript, JavaScript, Angular 2+, HTML, CSS

• An understanding of git and GitHub

• Analytical Skills, attention to detail, works well in teams

• Knowledge of software development CI, and various tools to ensure quality controls
