Description

At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Front counter team members perform guest services duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members are proactive, personal, and possess a sense of urgency.

• Daily Cleaning of Restaurant
• Consistent Availability

Requirements

· Must have a source of reliable transportation

• Works in cold or hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
