Our firm is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to assist with the proper check-in of visitors and maintenance of a pleasant, welcoming environment for clients, guests and employees. The Front Desk Receptionist will research and solve administrative problems as they arise, assist with scheduling appointments and relay messages to appropriate personnel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome people to the office.
- Answer questions and direct issues for appropriate follow up.
- Provide administrative support for staff and management.
- Schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and messages with efficiency.
- Ensure that all internal and external communication is timely, clear, and in compliance with company policy.
- Prepare reports and update information on a regular basis.
- Communicate with other offices to collaborate on projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
