We are hiring a Full Time LPN - Floaters
We are looking for a positive team players who can perform their duties by providing primary nursing care to residents on both our skilled unit and our personal care unit in accordance to medical directives and organization policy. Exercises courtesy, compassion, and confidentiality and treats all residents with dignity and respect. Adheres to organization procedures and government regulations regarding resident care and safety.
Peter Becker Community is a not-for-profit, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located on a beautiful 100 acre campus in Harleysville, Montgomery County, Pa. Our 500 residents enjoy this wonderful setting for all stages of their lives from independent living to compassionate skilled nursing care
Requirements:
High School Diploma , Current PA LPN License,
Passion for caring for older adults and creatively engaging them in different ways
Experience in health care,
Knowledge of dementia and related disorders/diseases preferred
