Fulfillment Coordinator (Kitting and Quality Control Coordinator)

As a Kitting and Quality Control Coordinator you will assist the Fulfillment Manager as part of the RCX Sports Fulfillment Department. You will oversee the organization and fulfillment of inventory kitting projects while establishing a quality control process for the Fulfillment team, overseeing processes for reviewing reported order issues, and processing returns and exchanges. A successful teammate in this role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the enhancement of youth sports experiences across the country.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager to establish and implement a quality control process for the Fulfillment Department
• Organize and administer all packing and shipping processes for kitting projects
• Coordinate inventory needs for kitting projects in collaboration with other RCX Sports departments and suppliers
• Oversee the assessment of reported order issues and merchandise inquires for orders fulfilled in the RCX Sports Fulfillment Center
• Manage fulfillment center returns and exchanges workflow including creating reports to identify trends, costs, and causes of returns, exchanges, and replacement orders
• Analyze fulfilment processes to mitigate costs associated with replacement orders
• Assist fulfillment center management with additional fulfillment tasks based on the needs of the operation

More about the role:

• Travel: None
• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with some nights and weekends required during peak fulfillment periods.
• Location: Sylvan Lake, MI - RCX Sports Warehouse
• Reports to: Fulfillment Manager
• Supervisory Responsibilities: None

What you’ll bring:

• 3 or more years of Experience in a Fulfillment Center leadership role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, & databases
• Experience with SKU Vault (preferred)
• Strong ability to pick up new technical skills and willingness to learn
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quickly, and to regularly meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
• Proven track record of designing creative solutions and proactively addressing issues that arise during the workday
• Passion for collaboratively working in a team environment
