Full Charge Bookkeeper Job at CPA Food Recruitment
Our client is a leading cheese manufacturing company that is looking to bring on board a talented full-charge Bookkeeper/Accountant.
In this exciting position, you will take a lead role in all aspects of accounting including but not limited to: Inventory Accounting (FIFO), AP, AR, Payroll, Inventory Purchasing, Budgets, Financial Reports, Tax Reporting, Journal Entries, Cycle Counts, Inventory Adjustments, Credit Memos, Income and Cash Flow Statements. Please note this is an onsite position, there is no remote capability.
What we are looking for you to do:
- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle (including AP, AR, GL)
- Responsible for producing and interpreting financial reports (i.e.: income statement, cash flow, etc.)
- Perform quarterly tax reporting and other reoccuring reconciliation
- Responsible for all office aspects related to inventory and payroll (inventory pricing, purchasing, inventory reporting)
- Oversee data entry admins
- And any other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeper and accounting
- 3+ years of experience utilzing Accounting Software (Sage 50, Peachtree)
- Experience overseeing entire accounting and bookkeeping duties as a sole on-site accountant/bookkeeper
