Dunwoody Village, a five-star rate continuing care retirement community, (CCRC) in Newtown Square, PA (Delaware County), is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our Dining Services department for FT Relief Supervisor. All employees of Dunwoody Village must be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to hire. This includes all applicable boosters.

All applicants must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed. Must also be available to work holiday rotation. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will be able to learn all aspects of our newly opened Dining Venues. This position reports to the Director of Dining Services and will also learn how to handle all dining room responsibilities. All applicants must have experience in Dining Services, serving, and be able to train/manage student staff.

• Provide excellent customer service and dining experience for the residents who come to our dining rooms.

• Team player able to foster relationships with residents, dining employees, and guests. The ability to effectively supervise student staff at dinner service is crucial

• High-energy, outgoing personality with strong professional interpersonal communication skills. Attention to set up and service details are a must

• Experience as a server, host/hostess, or bartender in a country club or retirement community dining room is strongly preferred.
