Full-Time General Manager at The Hofheimer Job at The Hofheimer Building
We are hiring a General Manager to lead and manage the operations of The Hofheimer Building businesses to include the restaurant, event spaces, and bars. This position will report to the CEO.
Roles + Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, this position will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house systems and staff. This includes, but not limited to:
- Human Resources: Hiring, development, scheduling, and management of employees.
- Inventory: Purchasing and management of food, alcohol, supplies, and other goods.
- Administrative / Financial: Expenses, payroll, invoices, budgeting, cost control, and overall analysis.
- Operations: Daily management of all building business operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent high quality of food, building, staff, online presence, and all other aspects of the business that impact the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven customer service, management, and leadership work experience in a restaurant management position for 10+ years
- Knowledge, understanding, and proven ability to comply with all industry standards
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Expertise with restaurant management software
- Strong financial analytical skills
About The Hofheimer Building Venue
We offer a fun, fast-paced, creative work environment. Located in the Scott's Addition - the historic Hofheimer Building is an iconic event venue, rooftop bar and live music venue. We host hundreds of interesting events and musical acts every year and our venue is located in one of the most exciting, fact growing neighborhoods of Richmond.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
