The successful applicant will work with fellow members of the Processing Team to help ensure the highest level of compliance and efficiency.

We are seeking a confident, yet flexible, very detailed individual, who is able to work diligently with minimal supervision. While prior banking experience is nice to have, it is not a necessity. We strive to hire talented people of all levels of experience. We encourage all who are qualified and who want to work with a dynamic and highly productive team to apply.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience

• High School/GED equivalent or bachelor's degree. Preferred experience in the key accountabilities listed below.

General Skills

• Self-starter
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and other professionals
• Work under pressure and perform several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and in groups
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information

Computer Skills

• Strength in the Google Suite of products, windows based platforms as well as other computer programs

Key Accountabilities:

• Phone answering
• Wire transfer input
• Mobile deposit review
• Bank balancing/reconciling
• Debit card disputes
• Fraud research

Other Responsibilities:

• Other tasks as assigned. Small banks require “multiple hat wearers”
• Get involved in the community. Your participation and involvement in bank sponsored events is encouraged as a part of our High Plains Bank culture
