Full Time Receptionist Job at ASPEN RIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL
This is a crucial role within our team as it requires extensive contact with our clients. Some responsibilities include client contact in person and via telephone, data entry with paperless computer system, and assisting the health-care team in all aspects of client and pet care. Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times. Possess computer aptitudes that enable applicant to quickly learn a completely paperless hospital system. Ability to multi-task and should demonstrate exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Consistently ensures the team provides the client with attentive, courteous and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfaction from delivering great service.
Part time but will consider full time. Depending on experience, our employment package includes a generous salary and benefits such as paid time off, uniform allowance and discounted medical care for employee pets.
