Full Time Salaried Assistant Manager Job at Fleet Clean USA DFW
Job Description-The Assistant Manager works hand‐in‐hand with the Route Manager & Crew Leads to ensure that the work at hand gets completed to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. This means ensuring that adequate staffing is schedule, employees are properly trained, and that quality measures are in place and maintained.
Weekly and Day‐to‐day tasks:
- Create Crew Schedules - Using Excel & Software System
- Prepare Route Plans
- Review wash logs to ensure customer invoicing is accurate
- Supply support to crew and Field Supervisor (this may include physically washing vehicles if needed)
- Review and monitor employee in/out times to ensure proper payroll
- Field Tasks – Using company vehicle to assist crews with items and needs
- Gassing Large Box Trucks – Must be comfortable driving U-Haul type Trucks
**Does include working weekends, both Saturday & Sunday.
Job Requirements:
- Driver's license is required
- Computer Knowledge with Excel, Email & Simple software ( will provide training )
- Experience in Team Management, Routing & Scheduling a Huge Plus
- Reliable vehicle to and from work. While on clock company vehicle is used
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in ALL weather conditions
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Willingness to do whatever is needed no task to big or small
Schedule:
This is the starting schedule it will be adjusted after 6 months to allow for one weekend day off per week in trade with Route Manager. This is a 40Hr a week job with a Salary of $670.00 per week. The right candidate will move up and salary will increase every six months with strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
· Monday 6AM-3PM
· (Tuesday & Wednesday Off each week)
· Thursday 6AM-3PM
· Friday 9AM-5PM
· Saturday 6AM-3PM
· Sunday 6AM-3PM
