- Full AND Part Time Positions Available!
- Flexible hours between 9am-9pm on Monday-Saturday and 11am-7pm on Sunday.
- Must be able to work multiple Sundays per month.
- 16+ and older at this time only please.
- We are looking for dedicated team members who can work well independently within a team environment. You will need to feel comfortable counting money and multi-tasking to give our guests the best experience possible. We have high expectations of our staff and expect you to bring your best and improvement every shift! All team members learn to help in several aspects of store operations including but not limited to:
- Sales (#1 main responsibility)
- Stocking
- Cleaning
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Dipping chocolates
- Looking for someone who is ready for something new or looking to go into a position where growth is possible. We seek go-getters and hope to hear from you soon!
Requirements:
- Previous food or retail experience preferred but not required

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory was created by Frank Crail & Ed Seeley in 1981 in Durango, CO where the factory remains to this day. We sell an abundance of bulk chocolates, gift boxes, Farr's ice cream, and made from scratch caramel apples & fudge!
Pay: $14 - $17 / hour
