Future Talent Program – Category Buyer

This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. This position is for Denton or Vernon Hills.

You will be travelling 25% to 50% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do
Future Talent Category Buyer
The area is responsible for the procurement with focus on projects at customers site and all after sales. We buy from equipment, spare parts to services. Here, each project is different and very dynamic with different demands. Our responsibility is sourcing, contracting and supplier base management.

As a Future Talent Supplier Management, you will be scouting suppliers, work on their development, supplier relation management, request for information and for quotation, risk analysis, contracting, negotiation.
