Support the MNCC Contact Center that provides contact center support for Sailors, recruits,
Navy families, Reservists, Retirees, Veterans, and the general public. The Contact Center
provides confidence in our customers that the Navy delivers quality customer service. Support
services, as are focused on resolving inquiries, transactions, and requests relating to the complex
nature of HR related topics across the broad spectrum of payroll, employment verification,
benefits, travel, personnel development, training, recruiting, enlisting, retirements, separations,
extensions, re-enlisting, mobilization and de-mobilization pay and disbursing operations, locator
services, career management, and selection boards which represent the full Hire-to-Retire
lifecycle for the Navy.

General Clerk III (GC)

GC’s are Contact Center personnel responsible for analyzing and completing routine processing
tasks. GC will utilize CRM software to receive and manage assigned caseload and coordinate
with stakeholders. GC will manage the tasks to completion and records applicable supporting
information into system and web forms.

Requirements: 

MANDATORY: Existing Secret Clearance 
Education: High School Diploma 
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in administrative support and/or customer service

environment. Background in military pay, personnel, or similar functions within another
Federal Agency desired. 

Skills: Proficient in both oral and written communication in order to effectively communicate
with the customers, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, working knowledge of
grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and military terminology, knowledge of basic
computer and print functions, willingness to work in team environment and under
supervision.
