General Laborer:

The primary Purpose of the General Labor worker is to perform various practical skills to produce a finished product bases upon the customers specifications or needs within a specified piece rate.

General Labor Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The ability to work on a team and accomplish the task or job to its specifications
• Follow written and verbal communication in order to accomplish the task or job at hand
• Follow all safety requirements
• Learn and follow all business policies, procedures, instructions and training guidelines.
• Help other workers when trained and authorized to do so
• Perform all other duties as assigned

General Labor Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to perform basic reading and math skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Understand and follow all safety standers
• Physical ability to bend, twist and lift as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
