To be successful, the candidate must:

• Work well on a team.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs to a maximum of 45 lbs.
• Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per day.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction experience (preferred).
• Manufacturing & hand tool experience is a plus.
