Staffworks Group is seeking a GENERAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER for a major hotel in downtown Green Bay, WI.
This is a SWING SHIFT with work hours of 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. OR 12 noon – 8:30 p.m. - Schedule includes weekend hours and will rotate 1 weekend per month.
Pay based on experience - $15 – 19/hr.

General Overview:
Will handle General Maintenance duties in guest rooms, meeting spaces and front of the house.
Duties of the Maintenance Assistant include:
· General maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of the house areas.
· Includes light plumbing, light HVAC maintenance, light electrical, troubleshooting and repair, drywall repair, painting.
· Preventive Maintenance
· Respond to guest requests per the list of duties.
Requirements of the Maintenance Assistant include:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience required.
· Good mechanical abilities.
· Able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Work independently and as part of a team.
· Other duties as assigned.
