- Performs a variety of general maintenance, grounds keeping, and custodial duties in and around the buildings of Ridgeview community, ensuring that indoor and outdoor spaces are maintained in a way that is clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Performs general duties including, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and carpentry and assist with grounds work and janitorial tasks.
