Vale Food Co. is growing in Tampa! We're actively searching for the right talent to join our team and grow the business and culture in our store. We are a fast growing Healthy Fast Casual Restaurant and Catering company located in Downtown Tampa that heavily invests in our people who want to be a part of a dynamic shift in the food industry and how people eat. We offer what most places cannot: Respectful work environment, growth potential into higher managerial roles within the company, and competitive pay. The store is with in the Central Business District and makes a majority of sales during the work week lunch. There are various events that occur other times and we must be ready for them but the bulk of the business and postential increases occurs during normal business hours. Unlike many other places. Our customers and friendly and the staff (including many from UT) make it a job you can look forward to coming to.

Food Cost Control
Labor Cost Management
Managing Front and Back of House
Food Ordering
New Menu Implementation
Payroll Filing and other admin tasks
Implementing systems for operation efficiency
Training employees
Hiring and Devoloping Talented Staff
Terminating non contributing Staff
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Culinary degree a plus. *but not required
Current food handlers card
Documented Restaurant Management Work history *with references
Ability to work as part of a team
Be passionate about food and Cooking
Calm, Cool and Collected Under stressful situations
Work a flexible schedule including overtime - DEDICATED
Ability to lift up to 50#
Can pass a drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
