SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a creative, organized and responsible General Manager to oversee operations at one of our locations. This role is responsible for the Front of House team and indirectly responsible for the Back of House team. We're looking for candidates with experience in the restaurant industry who are capable of working both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have previously held leadership roles, the ability to work well under pressure, and commitment to customer service.

· ServSafe or Wisconsin Food Manager Certification
· Experience with monitoring food and labor costs, menu development and costing
· Ability to lead teams and make complex decisions
· Ability to delegate and hold others accountable
· Ability to maintain composure, inspire, motivate teams, and solve problems
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 4-5 Years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume business operation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
