General Sales Managers are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve their targets, and are ultimately responsible for all sales goals. They guide and oversee all managers and departments in the facility. They also generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation and sales skills. As a senior leader in the club, the General Manager expected to create a positive environment for both members and employees, develop a professional staff through coaching and feedback, and ensure all company standards, policies and procedures are in place and consistently practiced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
