The General Manager will direct and supervise staff and day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring quality food, customer service, and achievement of sales are made daily. The General Manager is responsible for hiring employees, inventory management, adequate staffing levels, and managing customer feedback.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Attract, hire, manage and lead employees

· Oversees the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.

Responsibilities

· Maintains day-to-day operation of the restaurant including food preparation and adequate staffing levels to ensure high-quality products and customer service.

· Manages team members to motivate, train and hold accountable all employees creating a fun, profitable environment.

· Creates schedules for team members.

· Ensures the completion of all required onboarding for new hires and annual training.

· Professionally and promptly respond to all customers’ concerns or issues including soliciting customer feedback, sharing feedback with the team, and using feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.

· Set sales and performance standards and effectively communicate goals and expectations to the team to ensure goals are achieved.

· Seek additional sales and recruiting opportunities through marketing and maintaining a positive presence in the community.

· Plan and manage adequate inventory levels to meet sales demands and minimize waste including ordering food trucks and all products.

· Creates and implements policies and procedures.

· Maintains a clean, fully equipped, functional restaurant always ensuring the restaurant meets safety and security standards.

· Oversees preventative maintenance and repairs when necessary.

· Works as part of a team and assists their team members with working pizza station, taking phone orders, making quality products, or any other duty needed.

Requirements and skills

• At least 4 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience
• Motivational with an ability to lead others
• Excellent communication skills
