SMR Inc. is looking to hire an Administrative Office Clerk. SMR Inc. is a manufacturer of high performance automotive parts and accessories. We have a team comprised of long-term team members supporting each other to further each others opportunities. This position would report directly to the CEO. The position is full-time Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 PM and is located in Costa Mesa, California. We do offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance and vacation benefits. This position is in office and working remotely is not possible. Salary for this position ranges from $18.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience.

Job Duties:

· Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner

· Send and receive emails

· Knowledge of modern office equipment

· The ability to perform accounts payable functions, accounts receivable functions, and post entries into Quickbooks.

· Perform job costing analysis using company provided worksheets.

· Accurately compile information and mail, in a timely manner.

· Working with CPA to collect and organize monthly/quarterly and year-end financial documents.

· Filing

· Work with production teams to ensure on time delivery of materials and finished products.

· Accurate and precise record keeping

Qualifications:

· Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft office

· Quickbooks experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
