Job Description:

  • Experience in working with Voice Solutions, specific to Genesys Cloud
  • Any prior experience with Customer Care Voice Technology Operations
  • Network or any Industry Voice Certifications are a Plus
  • Handle SNOW requests and Incidents during support coverage hours
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Execute support tickets as directed by CAI FTE’s and Managers
  • Follow Standard operating procedures and ensure the SNOW tickets are timely updated and closed
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks related to handling incidents and requests.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
