Denison University Donor Relations team seeks a motivated and organized team member to serve as the Gifts and Records Associate. Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Director of Gifts and Records Administration, this position is key to the continued success of a thriving Institutional Advancement Division.

Essential Job Functions
  • Utilizes Advancement’s Constituent Record Management system (Raiser’s Edge NXT) to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all constituents, including biographical information.
  • Assists with the receipt of gifts, coordinating acknowledgment letters, constituent updates, and other services.
  • Helps to maintain gift-related data and documentation, including transaction records, donor agreements, and other gift-related records. Ensures the appropriate storage and archiving for gift-related records, per policy.
  • Monitors email accounts to ensure timely and accurate answers for donors and internal constituents.
  • Assists with data entry and comprehensive information management for all constituents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent.

Must be comfortable in an office setting, operating general office equipment, including lifting boxes up to 20lbs.
