Milbocker and Sons, Inc. is in search of an experienced grade foreman to join our team.
Milbocker has been building roads and bridges across the Lower Peninsula for over 50 years
and employs over 100 people annually. Most projects are within 90 miles of our office in
Allegan, MI, but applicants must be willing to travel outside that radius on occasion. Qualified

Job Requirements
- Supervise grade crew and track labor and equipment hours
- Experience building roads and site jobs
- Knowledge and experience using machine grade control systems (Trimble preferred)
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- Experience working on MDOT projects
- Understanding of the MDOT standard specifications and plans
- Proficient math skills
- Setup and operate levels, utility locators, etc…
- Operate heavy machinery including graders, dozers, scrapers, loaders, rollers, etc…
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of MIOSHA standards
- Ability to work safely
