Graphic Designer Job at Hyertek
As a HyerTek Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting one or more U.S. Federal Government clients based in the Washington, DC Metro area.
** This role is pending federal budget approval **
The candidate must have the minimum skill set:
- 3+ years of hands-on, creative design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other multimedia-centric platforms.
- Can rapidly prepare creative content for web marketing and graphic design assignments, emphasizing Section 508/WCAG compliance when appropriate.
- Creates awareness of client visual styling/ branding guidelines and preferences by adhering to agency style guides and benchmarking standards.
- Prepares high-fidelity artistic mockups.
- Makes pertinent recommendations relative to styling formatting and layout of Web-based, paper-based, and multi-modal driven content..
- Finds required imagery, and makes any necessary arrangements to obtain usage authorizations for public consumption.
- Manages and maintains a project's artistic libraries and archives using industry-standard best practices.
- Keeps abreast of prevailing aesthetic conventions, standards, and trends in commercial and federal graphic/marketing design.
