The Role:
We are currently looking for highly skilled, full-time graphic/packaging designers to create product packaging, marketing & sales literature, and maintain and grow our brand identity. These positions are for driven designers with a minimum of 7 years experience delivering accurate work with the artist’s eye.
Projects include:

• Upkeep our unique Brand identity
• Packaging and merchandising
• Print-ready art
• Catalogs and brochures
• Exhibit & Show Graphics
• Product graphics
• Designs for web
• This is a ground-floor opportunity to join one of the most exciting R&D teams in southern California. For those who make the cut, there will be opportunities for travel and growth within the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Very refined design sensibility.
• Strong work ethic and passion to excel.
• Ability to graphically organize and create beautiful layouts with a lot of product information.
• Very detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Keyshot, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.
• Experience working on product packaging and promotional materials.
• Typeset for ads, brochures, business cards, catalogs, etc.
• Prepare final press-ready artwork to specification.
• Excellent organization and time management skills; strong ability in prioritizing tasks.
• Works great both in a team and independently
• Ability to proofread and ensure packaging is error-free in spelling and format
• Perform quality control on finished products to ensure we are receiving the highest quality products.
• Works great both in a team and independently
• Proficiency in pre-press and printing standards is a strong plus

Salary Range: 70K - 110K
Please note salary is commensurate with experience, skill-level, and qualifications.
