Title: Bruceton Ag Services Seasonal Greenhouse Associate (April-October)
Reporting Relationship: Manager
Basic Function: The Greenhouse Associate is primarily responsible (in conjunction with others) for the day to day tasks associated with operating the nursery.
Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
- Water, maintain and prune nursery stock as needed.
- Responsible for assisting customers including loading their purchases. This job duty includes lifting product that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Responsible for checking in and unloading nursery stock.
- Responsible for keeping location clean and free of clutter creating a safe and customer friendly shopping environment.
- Position requires working outdoors and may be subject to adverse weather conditions.
- Responsible for merchandising and pricing of products.
