Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides information to guests and visitors and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Attends to immediate needs of V.I.P’s upon arrival. Provides those without an Aventura Hospital ID, with a Security Fast Pass ID or manual ID badge.

Greets Emergency Department patients in the ED waiting room and takes steps to enhance their comfort level (provides warm blankets, water, or any other reasonable request). Also serves as communication channel to keep patients informed about wait times.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility in Okeechobee County. We offer inpatient and outpatient services. We are licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration as a Primary Stroke Center. We provide diagnostic services accredited by the American College of Radiology. Our Hospital’s surgical services include minimally invasive procedures. HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a community hospital with state-of-the-art practices.
