Position Summary

The Estate Greeter provides a warm, gracious greeting to all guests, employees and visitors as they arrive on property and clearly direct them to the correct destination, followed up by making notification to Bell, PBX or appropriate team.

Major Responsibilities & Work Activities:

• Greets all incoming guests with a gracious, purpose driven wave, followed by a formal greeting and inquiry of visit.
• Announces to PBX and Bell, by radio, all guest check-ins by number, name and vehicle description; additionally anniversaries, birthdays etc…
• Holds the entrance gate of the property controlling traffic entering and departing with the use of hand gestures and stop signs.
• Directs visitors and vendors to various parts of the property.
• Handles guest inquiries and gives directions.
• Issues keys and radios to authorized employees in ESS absence.

Personal Characteristics:

• Charismatic, detail oriented, outgoing, strong guest service skills.

Experience Required:

• Prior guest hospitality training and / or guest service experience.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid California Drivers License and able to obtain First-Aid and CPR Certificates.

Physical Demands of Position:

Position involves a large amount of standing outdoors. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Working Conditions:

Mostly outdoors in all weather conditions.
