Grill Cook $23/hr - Weekly Pay Job at The Service Companies
Our company is now hiring Grill Cooks to work at a hospital setting located at Simi Valley, CA. We’re hiring reliable staff and offer weekly pay, every Friday with direct deposit.
Work Schedule:
- 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
- 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Must be available to work weekends when needed, scheduling would be issued a month in advance and require minimum two week notice for days off requests in order to not disrupt completed work schedules.
Pay Rate:
- Pay rate for this position will be $23/hr
Requirements:
- Clear background check
- Must have or able obtain California ServSafe food handling certification.
- Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
- Proven experience working as a Cook.
- The ability to follow recipes.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated against Covid + Booster.
- Must clear a panel drug screening.
- Must clear a TB test.
- Physical Examinations.
- Titers for MMR.
- Varicella Vaccine.
- Hep B Vaccine.
Physical Demands:
- This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling up to 8 hours.
- May also lift up to 50lbs.
Uniform:
- White Chef Coat
- Black slacks
- Black non-slip shoes w/black socks
- Knife kit (some clients require you to bring your own knife kits)
- Cut Glove
