Grill/Line Cook Job at Zaaki LLC
Job Description:
The morning shift cook/line cook (6am-3pm) requires the ability to effectively handle several orders at once and cook the food to the company's standard. Cooks will be stationed on the Griddle cooking eggs/hashbrowns (breakfast/lunch shift). Line cooks will be preparing the bagels and other menu items for the cook upon customers request. Menu is small and limited making the learning process quick.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooking and Preparing orders on a Griddle
- Ensuring the grill and cook station is clean at all times.
- Keeping an inventory of the fridge containing the proteins
- Multi-tasking while ensuring everything is cooked thoroughly.
- Understanding how the line/register stations operate in order to ensure organization during the cook
- Communicating with your team at all times to avoid mistakes
- Following all the company’s standard operating procedures listed in their handbook
