GROUNDSKEEPER DESCRIPTION
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a safe, comfortable, and pleasant home to all residents of all properties managed by Omnium Management Company.
MAJOR GOAL
The role of the Groundskeeper is to work under the direction and coordination of the Property Manager and Lead Service Technician. The Groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the grounds and common areas in immaculate condition and performing other duties as specified by the Lead Service Technician and/or the Property Manager.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Grounds And Common Areas
1. Remove trash and debris from the grounds, parking areas, dumpster areas, and all common areas of the property.
2. Keep the walkways, entrance, and areas surrounding the clubhouse/office, model, and show apartments swept and free of trash and debris.
3. Pick up trash and empty trash cans in the clothes care centers and mail rooms. The Groundskeeper may have further responsibilities for the clothes care centers upon the discretion of the Property Manager.
Pool Area
1. Pick up trash and clean the pool area; empty trash cans.
2. Straighten pool furniture and keep pool area tidy and organized.
3. Wash down and/or sweep pool deck.
4. Scrub pool and Jacuzzi tile.
Maintenance:
1. Remove trash and abandoned items from vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager.
2. Assist other maintenance personnel as directed by the Lead Service Technician or the Property Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
