Crunch Fitness in Gilbert, AZ is a multi-million dollar state of the art fitness facility. We are looking for high energy, customer service minded and fitness oriented instructors to join our team. This position will play a critical role in instructing group fitness classes. We are specifically looking for instructors who want to teach
Crunch Class formats. Experienced teachers desired and training to teach Crunch formats is available. Specifically, we are hiring instructors to teach classes beginning in August 2019.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- Maintain valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
- Experience teaching group fitness classes for clients of all fitness levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to market classes and gym on social media
- Good verbal communication
- Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
- Maintain all mandatory education certifications
- Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards for the club location and employee handbook
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
- Maintain professional disposition at all times
- Be able to engage members and instruct accordingly
- Ability to communicate with manager and members in a timely and professional manner
- Bring in enthusiasm and energy to each class
- Easy going and flexible
- Work collaboratively as a team member and be willing to help other instructors substituting classes, etc.
