We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a Growth Product Lead (no-code) for one of our clients.


THE OPPORTUNITY

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Managed products in a company that scaled to $1-5M MRR, preferably at a SaaS or marketplace.
  • Execution-oriented; you will execute on your own and lead a team.
  • You’re highly organized; you’re comfortable managing many workstreams; you ensure that work is done in good time.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong experience in Google Optimizely and Amplitude/Mixpanel.
  • Interest in no code and self educating.
  • A passion to build and win.
  • Experience in the US market.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Direct your efforts towards new customer activation and satisfaction, investigating what is working and what is not that effective.
  • Identify the company's growth opportunities and direct the team's efforts to drive them.
  • Work on improving a specific business metric to grow revenue and profits in the long term.
  • Come up with all crazy ideas to drive 10x growth.
  • Be able to rethink a business model.
  • Run short-term experiments to decrease inefficiencies throughout the funnel, thus improving the metrics.


What you’ll be working on


Our client is the largest no-code marketplace that connects 5,000 companies and 50,000 no-code talent.

The company is headquartered in San Francisco and already raised $3M in funding. The investment round was led by Mantis Venture Capital (invested in a US outdoor living brand Outer) alongside participation from K5 Global, Liquid2, CapitalX, Gaingels and Abe Burns.

They are looking for a hands-on Growth Product Lead, who will be in charge of their growth initiatives. This role is an intersection of product development and marketing and is created for a strategist and a hands-on executor with leadership skills.

Main goal is to increase the customer base and expand into new markets.

ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
