Guest Relations Agent Job at TGI Fridays
Job Summary:
?To Go Call Center Agents that will be the liaison between the Fridays restaurants and our Guests. The successful candidate will be able to accept incoming calls on their own laptop and place the To Go order for the Guest.
Primary job function to answer calls, process to go orders accordingly
Secondary job function is answer questions/assist guests calls that are answered
Minimum Requirements:
Laptop and reliable working internet
Access to a device with a microphone to receive and make outbound calls through the (VOIP) voice over internet connection
Quiet workspace
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Excellent organization skills needed
Very flexible and self-motivated with ability to stay focused and meet goals, while working independently
Candidate must be able to read, speak, and write in English
Key Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts
Seize opportunities to upsell products
Engage Guests by going the extra mile, always thanking them for their business
