We are seeking Seriously Nice People for Guest Relations Lead positions. Full and part time positions available at Seattle's first exclusive AVEDA Salon & Spa has been a neighborhood favorite in the Roosevelt/Ravenna district of WA district for 35 years. 1.5 blocks (3min walk) from the new Roosevelt Light Rail which is now open. Responsibilities:

• Guest reception and check-in
• Schedule service appointments for our busy salon/spa and barbershop (Steele Barber)
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and occasional challenges
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Recommend and sell retail products
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
• Schedule creation for guest services and management
• Train, coach and develope guest relations specialists ongoing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous lead or management experience in salon, spa, retail or hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
