Would you like to make your customers feel valued? Then this is the position for YOU! As an excellent Guest Service Agent, you will provide proper handling of all guest accounts efficiently and accurately as well assisting in every phase of their experience such Check-in/Check Out or even problem resolution.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and create a welcoming environment for guests
• Maintain a professional and welcoming tone of voice
• Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
• Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Comply with privacy standards
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Ability to and flexible to work days, evening and weekends

• Ability to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
