As an Ojo Guest Services Agent at Ojo Caliente, you’ll create the ultimate guest satisfaction when welcoming and interacting with all of our guests.
What You'll do
- Handles the daily front desk operations of the resort
- Ensure the highest standards of service & best possible experience for our guests
- Prompt and courteous attention to everyone
- Welcome & register guests, schedule services, be a concierge as necessary
