Responsibilities
- Inspection and Acceptance of units from Construction Department (inc. coordination of requests, monitoring of completion of units, monitoring of warranties, etc.)
- Coordination of rectification of units with Buyer’s punch-lists (inc. coordination to Construction Department, coordination to Rectification contractors, review of proposals, etc.)
- Coordination of rectification of units with Developer’s warranty claims (inc. coordination to Property Management, inspection of units, review of proposals, etc.)
- Ensure readiness of units for Handover to Buyers (inc. inspection, preparation of Kits, review of as-built plans, etc.) and Conduct Handover to Buyer
- Assist Buyers / Sellers in viewing and inspections; Provide Technical assistance to Buyers/ Sellers
- Monitoring of units for Maintenance (inc. monitoring of regular cleaning, processing of utility billings, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree holder of BS Architecture or any Engineering Course (preferably BS Civil Engineering)
- At least two (2) years of experience and/or Licensed
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Construction sites
- With leadership skills, integrity, and customer service skills
- Critical and strategical thinker
