The right candidates must:

• Be a motorcycle rider or enthusiast!
• Have a customer centered mentality - we exist to deliver a great sales experience to our customers!
• Have experience working in a busy dealership.
• Must be detail-oriented and ACCURATE.
• Must be able to quickly learn Harley-Davidson products to advise customers and properly sell motorcycles.
• Have good computer skills.
• Be a fast learner and self-motivated.
• Must have passion for the motorcycle industry.
• And most of all, be part of a winning team and help us grow the Company.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle license!
