We're looking for a Head of Client Engagement, Insight to join our team on the East Coast, USA as part of our Insight Content function.

Role Overview
You will be a highly strategic and commercial individual to provide strategic insight to our clients – ensuring delivery of the highest quality work across all client engagements. You should constantly be pushing industry boundaries in your role as an Insight content brand ambassador. You are responsible for leading and developing assigned client relationships, delivering multiple, complex, strategic deliveries that exceed client expectations. You are a confident presenter and an excellent communicator who displays leadership both to the teams you work with and to WGSN customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for maintaining and supporting the North America and EMEA Enterprise deliveries to WGSN customers, including presentations and analysts calls.
  • Expected to present on different subject matters to WGSN customers across multiple industries.
  • Delivery of confident and inspirational presentations, ensuring WGSN content is seen in the best possible light.
  • Responsibility for delivering presentations and analyst calls that meet WGSN customer expectations in a relevant, insightful and commercially successful manner
  • Work with the commercial teams to support WGSN customer relationships and establish our expertise in the consumer insight sector
  • Contribute to marketing activity focusing on the promotion of WGSN Insight expertise and capabilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary research across a variety of methodologies and deliver analysis that provides actionable recommendations that will benefit client’s future business (as required by WGSN Insight)
  • Part of the WGSN Macro Forecast team you will analyse the impact of social, technological,, environmental, political and creative cultural change ( STEPIC ) and how it relates to our Enterprise customers
  • Development of business networks with the wider WGSN team – building strong relationships with account management and content leaders, as well as senior management, that will contribute to the growth and development of the WGSN Insight product internally and externally.
Your Experience
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience of presenting to external clients, internal stakeholders, and at industry events
  • In-depth experience of working with clients on consumer intelligence, market & retail innovation and other product related category insights
  • Experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods, frameworks and familiar with developing high value content solutions
  • Proven track record of working within a global environment and able to deliver multiple concurrent projects successfully
  • Excellent at all forms of collaboration & communication including virtual presentations, writing skills, video, and speaking at live events.
  • Curious, flexible and a highly strategic thinker with gravitas that can manage client relationships and inspire trust.
  • Significant career experience within consulting, strategy, consumer insight, design, buying, data analysis or content creation, familiar with the workings of a subscription mode
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned area/discipline, prioritise workload, lead, manage and support other members of the team. High level of proficiency in leading projects and initiatives across multiple teams and time zones
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business from Sales, Client Services and Marketing
  • Travel nationally to deliver high value presentations to clients
